Michael Kucza Joins Cisive as Chief Financial Officer

We are pleased to announce that Michael Kucza has joined our management team as Chief Financial Officer. Mike is based in the corporate office in Holtsville, New York, and reports directly to James Owens, Cisive’s CEO.

“As CFO, Mike will be responsible for leading the finance department and partnering with our executive team to achieve our strategic growth initiatives.” said Owens.

Mike commented, “I am very excited to be working with Jim, Dave, Alan and the rest of the Cisive team. I believe the potential for growth and value creation is tremendous.”

Mike is a seasoned financial executive and comes to Cisive with over 20 years of executive-level leadership experience driving operationally-focused financial initiatives within a variety of organizations.

Prior to joining Cisive, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer of the Investor Communications Solutions Segment at Broadridge Financial Services.

Mike holds a B.S. from Wharton School of Business and he earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
