It also allows users to store, monitor, and receive reminders for expirations on non-primary source verifiable license types. These licenses can be validated, or simply stored in the system to receive reminders when a license is due to expire.

Clients will also complete a license requirement table, identifying which positions the organization employs and what the license requirements are for that position.

LicenseManager Pro can then automatically create the license types required for each individual based on the license requirements for their position.

The user-friendly portal contains a dashboard for users to see at-a-glance where their licensed populations currently stand, including anybody with board actions and anyone coming due to expire.

The portal offers a full suite of reports depending on the organization's needs.

Alerts and Notifications

Clients using LicenseManager Pro can also customize notifications as licenses and certifications are due for renewal.

These notifications can be sent to the manager, the employee, or both.

Commonly, these notifications will be sent 90, 60, and 30 days before the license expires, but users can also customize how often these reminders are sent. Users can even select the message they want to include in the reminder notifications.

Once a license is deficient, LicenseManager Pro also sends out deficiency notifications, which will always go to a manager.
